Nicol Stephen offers Bright Future for Scotland

Nicol Stephen, Leader of the Scottish Liberal Democrats, put a bright future for young people and a renewables revolution at the heart of the party's election manifesto.
Willie Rennie MP commented "This vision for Scotland is the most comprehensive on offer from any of the Scottish Parties on May 3rd.
It is the first time the Scottish Liberal Democrats have set out how our bold plans and positive policies will be taken through government, month by month by month, from Polling Day to Christmas Day."
