Liberal Democrat MP Willie Rennie has expressed his anger at the decision to allow ship to ship oil transfer in the Forth to proceed. Responding to the decision by the Maritime and Coastguard Agency the Dunfermline and West Fife MP said:
"The Maritime and Coastguard Agency have trampled over local opinion. There was universal opposition to these proposals. I want the Government to step in and bring them to their senses."
